IN THE GROWTH OF THE COMPANY, WE TAKE CARE TO BALANCE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS.
Corporate social responsibility is not just a buzzword for us - we have been actively working to benefit the environment and help those in need since the very beginning.
We support educational, cultural initiatives and sports clubs. We are a partner of the Arena Design project and the Monter Expo. We support community foundations, orphanages and care facilities. We participate in various national charity campaigns and volunteer in such activities as Wampiriada, Nakarm psa, Szlachetna Paczka, WOŚP.
We report on all our activities on the Blog.
We are not only close to pro-social activities, we also pay attention to ethics in the working environment.
Our pro-environmental approach and care for the environment is reflected in the care we have created in the flower meadow next to our company headquarters and in the planting of trees.
Our CSR activities have been recognised and acknowledged – receiving the Responsible Business Certificate and the IFES Sustainability Award.
We report on all our activities on the Blog.
WE NOT ONLY ACT IN A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE MANNER, WE ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND OUR WORK
Right from the stand design stage - visual, innovative and environmental aspects are of equal value.
During the design work, we look for optimal solutions. In this way, we create a circular exhibition system for our customers, optimizing costs and resources and, above all, reducing the negative impact on the environment.
Structures for wall construction are used by us on a regular basis. Our workshop and storage facilities allow us to do so.
In our paint shop, we give furniture a new quality, and the natural vegetation, which we take care of at our headquarters, very often appears in our outcomes in the exhibition halls.

For Meliński Minuth, high service quality, customer satisfaction and sustainable development are priorities. The efficient organization of work, control and streamlining of processes were systematized in our company when, in 2001, we were the first in the trade fair industry in Poland to introduce the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Our way of doing business in line with the implemented standards guarantees the quality of execution, clarity of communication between departments within the company and between the client and MM, and the timeliness of service delivery.
It is an internationally accepted and recognised standard.
The increasing number of venues, events, fairs and the global reach of such activities has influenced awareness of the event industry’s economically, environmentally and socially responsible approach to mass events.
The idea of sustainable event management first emerged in the run-up to the London Olympics. This was the precedent that sparked the creation of the ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management System by the International Standards Organization, in the development of which 30 countries and institutions were involved.
Within the new ISO 20121 standard, a framework of environmentally friendly solutions is outlined that can be applied not only by event organizers, but also by individual participants in the supply chain.
This action aimed to minimize the negative environmental impact of the event industry and identify its potential negative socio-economic impacts in order to prevent them.
We are proud to be the first trade fair company in Europe to introduce the ISO 20121 standard back in 2014. Over the years, we have developed a number of practices in line with the recommendations of the standard, such as:
We recycle, refurbish and reuse many of the components from our realizations, acting in accordance with the idea of ECO-thinking, and the ISO 20121 standard we have implemented is formal confirmation of this.
