SUSTAINABILITY

In the development of our company, we strive to maintain a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects.

CSR - Corporate social responsibility

For us, Corporate Social Responsibility is not just a catchy phrase. It's a driving force behind our operations. From our inception, we actively work towards environmental protection and helping those in need.

We also pay attention to ethics in the working environment

It’s not just about our pro-social activities, we also emphasize ethics in the working environment.

Our eco-friendly approach and concern about the environment are reflected in maintaining the wildflower meadow, we’ve created next to our company headquarters, and in planting trees.

Our CSR initiatives have been recognized and appreciated, receiving the Responsible Business Certificate and the IFES Sustainability Award.

Ecothinking Meets Ecodesign

For us, ecothinking is not just a concept, but it’s an integral part of our design process. From the initial booth design phase- visual appeal, innovation and environmental sustainability hold equal importance. During the design process, we seek optimal solutions. This way, we create a circular exhibition system for our clients, optimizing costs and resources, and most importantly, reducing the negative impact on the natural environment.

We assemble components into new units, restore and modify them.

We regularly reuse the frameworks for wall constructing, seamlessly transforming individual elements into cohesive wholes. Our extensive production and warehousing facilities enable us to effectively reuse and modify existing structures, minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency.

Our in-house paint shop breathes new life into furniture, while the natural greenery we nurture at our headquarters, frequently appears in our trade show projects.

ISO 9001: Quality Management System

At Meliński Minuth, delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering sustainable growth are top priorities. In 2001, we became the first company in the Polish trade fair industry to implement the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, formalizing our commitment to efficient work organization, process control and continuous improvement.

Our way of conducting business in accordance with these standards ensures the quality of our projects, transparency in communication between departments within the company and with our clients, aa well as timely delivery of services.

This is a globally accepted and recognized standard.

ISO 20121: Event Management System

The increasing number of events, fairs, and their global reach have raised awareness of the economically, environmentally, and socially responsible approach of the event industry to large-scale gatherings.

The concept of sustainable event management first gained prominence during the planning of the 2012 London Olympics. This groundbreaking initiative paved the way for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to develop the ISO 20121 Event Management System, a comprehensive framework for sustainable event practices. This initiative was created thanks to contributions from 30 countries and institutions.

The ISO 20121 standard outlines eco-friendly solutions that can be adopted not only by event organizers but also by individual supply chain participants. Its aim is to minimize the environmental impact of the event industry and identify potential negative socio-economic consequences to prevent them.
