In the development of our company, we strive to maintain a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects.

CSR - Corporate social responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is not just a trendy term for us, we have been actively working to benefit the environment and aid those in need from the very start.

We also pay attention to ethics in the working environment

We are not only close to pro-social activities, we also pay attention to ethics in the working environment.

Our pro-environmental approach and care for the environment is reflected in the care we have created in the flower meadow next to our company headquarters and in the planting of trees.

Our CSR activities have been recognised and acknowledged – receiving the Responsible Business Certificate and the IFES Sustainability Award.

We report on all our activities on the Blog.

We combine eco-thinking with eco-design

From the very outset of the stand design stage, visual, innovative, and environmental considerations hold equal importance.

Throughout the design process, we actively seek optimal solutions, thereby creating a circular exhibition system for our clients. This not only optimizes costs and resources but, above all, minimizes the negative impact on the environment.

We assemble components into new units, restore and modify them.

We regularly utilize constructions for wall building, facilitated by our production and storage facilities.

In our paint shop, we impart a new quality to furniture, and the natural vegetation we nurture at our headquarters often becomes a part of our executions in exhibition halls.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System

For Meliński Minuth, high service quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable development are priorities. Efficient work organization, process control, and optimization were systematized in our company in 2001 when, as pioneers in the exhibition industry in Poland, we implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Our method of conducting business in line with implemented standards guarantees the quality of execution, transparency in communication between departments within the company and between the customer and MM, as well as the timely completion of services.

This standard is widely accepted and recognized worldwide.

ISO 20121 Event Management System

The increasing number of venues, events, fairs, and the global reach of such activities have heightened awareness of the event industry’s economically, environmentally, and socially responsible approach to large-scale events.

The concept of sustainable event management first gained prominence in the lead-up to the London Olympics. This served as the precedent that ignited the creation of the ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management System by the International Standards Organization, involving 30 countries and institutions in its development.

Within the new ISO 20121 standard, a framework of environmentally friendly solutions is outlined, applicable not only to event organizers but also to individual participants in the supply chain.

This initiative aimed to minimize the negative environmental impact of the event industry and identify potential negative socio-economic impacts to prevent them.

We have been operating in accordance with ISO 20121 since 2014

We are proud to be the first trade fair company in Europe to introduce the ISO 20121 standard back in 2014. Over the years, we have developed a number of practices in line with the recommendations of the standard, such as:

  1. Reducing CO2 emissions,
  2. Sorting out waste, production and trade fair waste by recycling it,
  3. Saving energy,
  4. Efficient use of raw materials,
  5. Reducing negative environmental impacts by using certified products and materials,
  6. Control and improvement of the work environment,
  7. Eco-friendly measures in the office.

Numerous elements from our projects undergo processing, renewal, and are repurposed, in line with the principles of ECOthinking. The formal acknowledgment of these environmentally friendly practices comes through the implementation of the ISO 20121 standard by our organization.
